The spacing between the center blocks and shoulder lugs gives room for a channel of earth to remain between the lugs and blocks, staying constant while the rubber bites in on either side. It"s like Velcro to the ground.Adding to the great design are a few regular Continental features. One thing is that Continental prefers a round profile to their tires.
